Llama la atención las hierbas en acerados que es un problema puntual que se repite cada año por las mismas fechas. Esta circunstancia no tendría mayor importancia si no fuera porque da la impresión de que nadie es responsable de su retirada. Cabe pensar que existe un problema de coordinación de los servicios municipales. Quién, tiene la responsabilidad de quitar las hierbas de los acerados?; el Ayuntamiento, los servicios municipales.
Qué servicio ? Parques y Jardines ?, Limpieza viaria ?, Vía Pública, Plagas, Zoosanitario….. ?.
Lo cierto es que es un problema de higiene, un foco de infecciones y de plagas, pulgas, garrapatas, etc. Los perros orinan y defecan en estos puntos.
El ciudadano no tiene claro quién debe retirar las hierbas y solucionar este problema de higiene y salud, pero responsable solo hay uno.

The truth is that it is a hygiene problem, a source of infections and pests, fleas, ticks, etc. Dogs urinate and defecate at these points.
The citizen is not clear about who should remove the weeds and solve this hygiene and health problem, but there is only one person responsible.
